・Order and shipping
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items, Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day or next day the order is received. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday will be shipped the following Monday.
Occasionally in-stock items may temporarily go out-of-stock. you will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of your order.
We use Japan postal service, called EMS service. Up to 500g, The shipping rate will be a flat rate ￥1,100 to Asia, ￥1,500 to Oceania, North America, Central America and the Middle East, ￥1,800 to Europe, ￥2100 to South America and Africa from Japan.
Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. Jewelrystudio Shima is not associated with these fees. Our shipping charges are only for the cost of carriage and do not include these additional charges. Contact the carrier and the customs authority in your country for further information.
Our jewelry/product is carefully packed in a shipping box with packing material when it shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
・Order out-of-stock-items
You can order out-of-stock-items. But we need a certain time to order and get 3D print products for printing service companies. It might take several weeks or a month till shipping completed. Beside, we can’t assume that 3D printing service companies can make 3D print with the same materials before. Sometimes, the printing companies suddenly change contents of their service and we have to follow their decision for process of production in such a case. However, we are willing to accept your order for our items as far as possible. Please send E-mail via our contact form and tell us the products name or product’s number you would like to purchase.
・Order our products via other website service
We link other website stores in this website to sell our products. So far, we have opened shop in Shapeways and i materialize. Both of these amazing companies have a excellent shop system and great printing skills for our verious products.

・Do you accept returned or exchanged?
For our products, We will not accept returns for any reasons except for obvious initial defects. In case of initial defects, We accept returns or exchanges of product within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us first.
We can accept no returns of data files created and delivered in relation to customized orders.
・About Payment
Only paypal, and credit card by E-Commerce payment system of paypal is available.
Please note, in case you would order out-of-stock products, customized products, or 3D data production service by us, payment method is only PAYPAL available.
・Do cotton will be replaced in the Cotton series?
Yes. And I hope you could enjoy the process……..to choose color of the product, and get some colorful wool cotton for Needle Felting from craft shops, handmade material shop, or even drug stores to get simple white or color cotton ball for cosmetic. Making is quite easy and simple. Please just take a proper amount of cotton, and make it round by your hand or roll up by your finger. Then, gently push into the bigger space of each Rose parts. Please not be picky to make cotton round, you don’t have to make a perfect round ball. And you don’t need to use a tons of cotton, just take a small amount. The cotton would swell out inside of Roses. If you want to change the cotton color, just slowly drug it out of Rose parts, then choose other color. This is easy and fun part.
