● Conditions and responsibility for custom-made orders for 3D data by CAD
1) Jewelryshima.com can accept no returns of data files created and delivered in relation to customized orders.
2) Jewelryshima.com accepts no liability whatsoever in the event that a lawsuit is filed against a customer for infringement of intellectual property relating to 3D data and products ordered based on the customer’s sketches or instructions.
3) Jewelryshima.com accepts no responsibility whatsoever for failure of production, loss of data, loss of profit, interruption or any other pecuniary loss suffered by users after purchasing 3D data by CAD.
4) Jewelryshima.com cannot accept orders for minor changes or modifications to data free of charge after delivery.
This service is not intended to provide multiple sets of modified data free of charge for each set of data purchased. charges apply for each incidence of data modification unless the purchaser requests such changes before purchasing or upon ordering.
5) In 3D data, the size, weight, volumes added to each product are approximate values only. The total amount of metal or other materials required to produce pieces may change in the process of production. Jewelryshima.com accepts no responsibility whatsoever for results regarding the weight of materials to be used.
● Payments are currently accepted exclusively via PayPal.
Any inquiries about payments should be directed to PayPal rather than to Jewelryshima.com.
Jewelryshima.com does not cover transfer fees or commissions imposed by PayPal when the purchaser makes payment for products.
The billing statement issued by the credit card company or PayPal acts as an official receipt.

THE MODELS ARE NOT SUITED TO BE USED AS TOYS, TO BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN AND PETS. THE MODELS SHOULD NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRICITY OR FOOD OR LIQUIDS AND SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM HEAT.

The surface has a sandy, granular look, and is slightly porous. you might see print lines, or “stepping” phenomena on the model, which is a natural artifact of 3D printing using the SLS process. SLS printing works by printing layer by layer, and while the layers are around 0.12mm thin, there is a “step” between each layer, much like a staircase. So, the products which has these print lines is not difective products.
This material is dishwasher safe, not watertight, not recyclable, not foodsafe.
This materials are heatproof to 80℃ / 176℉ degrees. Higher temperatures may significantly change material properties.

This material is produced only by i.materialise.
“Models in rubber-like are constructed from an off-white, very fine, granular powder. The result is a strong, high-flexible and durable material which can be dyed black afterwards. The material is abrasive resitant, shows a limited level of detail, and has a sandy, granular look. The technical name of the material is TPU 92A-1. TPU 92A -1 is a Thermoplastic Polyurethane derived from a Shore A 92. The “1” stands for the fact that it is the first member of a family of materials, hopefully with many to follow.
There is one downside to this material: for the moment it can’t be produced and distributed in the US due to distribution restrictions, not even by third parties. ”

Frosted (Ultra) Detail and Frosted (Extreme) Detail are both made of a UV cured acrylic polymer.
This material is watertight, not dishwasher safe, not recyclable, not foodsafe.
Frosted detail plastics are heatproof to 80℃ / 176℉ degrees. Higher temperatures may significantly change material properties.

Metallic Plastic is Nylon Plastic filled with Aluminum dust. This dust gives Metallic Plastic the sparkle. Because of this layer by layer process, some models may see a staircase effect. So,the products which has these print lines is not difective products.
This material is dishwasher safe, not watertight, not recyclable, not foodsafe.
Metallic Plastic is heatproof to 169C / 336F degrees. Higher temperatures may significantly change material properties.

・About metal products
All products are produced on order. No return.
・About cotton series products
you can re-make this necklace by putting cotton into each frame parts by yourself. If you want to change the cotton color, just slowly drug it out of frame parts, then choose other color. And I hope you could enjoy this process……..to choose color of the product, and get some colorful wool cotton for Needle Felting from craft shops, handmade material shop, or even drug stores to get simple white or color cotton ball for cosmetic. Making is quite easy and simple. Please just take a proper amount of cotton, and make it round by your hand or roll up by your finger. Then, gently push into the bigger space of each frame parts. Please not be picky to make cotton round, you don’t have to make a perfect round ball. And you don’t need to use a tons of cotton, just take a small amount. The cotton would swell out inside of frame. This is easy and fun part. And, of course, you could use this necklace without any cotton, too. Please do not push cotton in forcefully. We won’t accept any repair or exchange products if those are broken.
・About repair
Once the products are broken, we don’t have a repair service for 3D print products. And we don’t accept any return for broken goods, except initial failure. Some design of products are brittle. Please handle politely.
